Our Wines

Our award-winning wines are made primarily with grapes grown on our vineyard. From red wines to white wines to dessert wines, our winery focuses on producing the highest quality wine that pairs well with food.

2018 Eville Pink Drink Rosé- 70% Cab Franc, 25% Chambourcin and 5% Petit Verdot.  Hibiscus and strawberry give way to rhubarb and tart cherry with vibrant acidity and a clean finish.  Pairs well with our Raspberry Champagne chocolates.
2019 Pinot Gris – 100% Pinot Gris. This wine offers fresh juicy notes reminiscent of grilled pineapple. Made with a sus reserve – a little fresh Pinot Gris grape juice frozen at harvest, added back before bottling, adding mouthfeel and juicy fruit tones. 
2018 Vino Signora – 76% Traminette and 24% Petit Manseng that was aged in light oak for 1 year, off dry (2.75% residual sugar), rose water and grilled pineapple on the nose transforms into lychee, and apricot on the palette.
2018 Viognier – 100% Viognier grapes, stainless steel fermentation.  Honeysuckle on the nose gives way to balanced acidity and fresh minerality.  Peach greets on the palate and fills the mouth with lush pear.  We are proud to announce, that we received a SILVER Medal in the prestigious 2018 San Francisco International Wine Competition.
2017 Vino Signora (DRY) – 75% Traminette and 25% Petit Manseng, completely dry version of our regular Vino Signora.  Limited production 50 cases made.  Great balance of flavors and light weight on the palette.  Perfect to pair with spicy food.
2017 Chardonnay Reserve – 100% Chardonnay, estate grown, steel fermentation, aged in 33% new oak for 10 months, notes of apples and pear, crisp acidity, smooth finish.  Aged on lees and stirred once every 7 days.  This wine pairs well with pasta, grilled vegetables, chicken, seafood and cheese.
2017 Barbera Reserve – 2017 was a fantastic vintage and our Barbera shows it.  100% Estate grown fruit.  Mouth watering acidity, light tannins, bright red fruit (bing cherry, tart cherry and red currant).  We are proud to announce, that we received a our first GOLD Medal from the prestigious Virginia Governors Cup and a SILVER Medal from the 2018 San Francisco International Wine Competition.
2017 Cabernet Franc – 100% Estate Grown Cab Franc.  Notes of strawberry, black peper and a touch of red plum. Aged in neutral oak, this has lovely depth, medium tannins, and a smooth, lasting finish.  Pairs well with beef, goat cheese and mushroom dishes.
2017 C-Villian – 100% Chambourcin grapes, estate grown. Fruit forward, high acid, medium bodied wine with powerful cherry, strawberry, blackberry & raspberry.  Good balance, weighty palate and full mouthfeel.  Great sipping wine.  Good with burgers, BBQ and sandwiches.
2017 Twenty-First – a Bordeaux-style blend of Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon & Petit Verdot grapes grown on our own and nearby vineyards. Named after the 21st amendment, the repeal of prohibition.
2014 Twenty First – This blend of Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Petit Verdot features notes of leather, baking spice, black cherry, tobacco, firm tannins, smooth mouth feel, with a medium finish. Aged in Hungarian Oak for 19 months.  It pairs well with portabello mushrooms, grilled steak and pork.
2014 Audace – Our Amarone style wine made from 100% Estate Grown Barbera, is aromatic, richly textured and deep.  Flavors of raisins, tobacco, cedar, coffee, chocolate and almonds abound.  This wine shows great ageing potential, and it pairs well with rich sauces, heavy meats and strong cheeses.
Amici – Meaning “friends”, this blend of Chambourcin fermented on the pomace of Cab Franc, Merlot and Petit Verdot, is blended with Barbera.  This NV (non-vintage) Amici has nice depth, spice, black fruit and a hint of smoke.  This wine pairs well with grilled meats, strong cheeses and of course friends!
 Meglio del Sesso – a chocolate dessert wine made with 100% Norton grapes and real chocolate. Our Meglio del Sesso has won three Bronze Medals.
2013 Bellezza – a port-style fortified wine made with Norton, Chambourcin and Cabernet Franc, all either estate grown or on nearby vineyards. This wine is smooth, full-bodied, and beautiful. Deep, rich and mouth watering, this wine spent almost 5 years in whisky barrels before being released.  Grape-neutral brandy was added to stop fermentation and leave some of the natural sugars. 17.2% alc.
