Valentine Dinner and Wine Pairing at Glass House Winery
Saturday, February 10th
7pm Seating

Join us for an exceptional four course dinner and wine pairing with the meal prepared by Kitchen Catering and Events and an exquisite dessert created by our very own Chocolatier, Michelle Sanders.

Local talent Greg Brown, will be playing solo classical guitar. Guests will be treated to especially romantic music for the valentine season for you and your loved one.

We welcome individuals, groups, and couples. We will do our best to accommodate special requests, and they will be fulfilled based on seating availability at time of request. Advance payment will be required.

1) as a couple only
2) with a specific group – include the names of the others in the group

The Menu:

First course: (Will be passed by the servers) Fried Tempura Oysters, with smoked paprika, remoulade, artichoke hearts au gratin, with Asiago and Parmesan cheese: Paired with: Fizz-Virginia Sparkling Chardonnay, from Thibaut Janisson

Second course: Vegetarian Borscht, with creme fraiche, dehydrated beets, topped with caviar. Paired with: Glass House Winery 2017 Virginia Pinot Gris.

Third Course: Glass House Winery 21st braised short ribs with spaetzle, braised red cabbage and apples, topped with micro greens OR Moroccan vegetable tagine with squash, carrots, potatoes, peas and dried fruit. Paired with: Glass House Winery 2014 21st, Bordeaux style Virginia red blend.

Fourth Course: Artisanal Cheese Plate, with Hazelnut Mousse in a chocolate cup, made by our Chocolatier Michelle Sanders.  Paired with: Glass House Winery Bellezza Reserve, port style red wine.

Pricing (plus tax, gratuity is included):
$79 per person
*$74 per person for wine club member and up to one guest
**$64 per person for designated driver, attendees choosing not to drink, or underage guests

Other wines outside of the pairings will be available by the glass, and/or bottle for purchase throughout the evening.
